Shipping policy

Delivery Times We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Sweden normally takes 2–4 business days.

Delivery Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control. If your delivery is more than 14 days late, please contact us and we will assist you.

Lost Packages If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at [rp@mikropausen] and we will investigate the matter with the carrier.

Delivery to the EU At this time, we only deliver within Sweden.
