You can use your Restore Pillow anytime you want during the day. Below are some common uses that can serve as inspiration. Adjust the settings to your liking, and let the pillow do the work!
SLEEP GUIDE
Sleep/sleeplessness
Light: Red or red+infrared.
Strength: 33% or 67%.
Time: 20 -30 minutes.
No Hertz.
Tip
Only use infrared if your partner is bothered by the light.
Awakening
Color: Blue
Time: 10-30 minutes.
Strength 67% or 100%
Hertz on/off.
Test:
Hertz 10 min off + 10 min on, if you wish to increase the effect towards the end.
Muscle/tension headaches
Color: Red+infrared.
Strength: 100%.
Time: 20-30 minutes or more.
Hertz on.
Stress management/relaxation
Color: Red+infrared.
Strength: 67%
Time: 10 - 20 minutes.
